It is owned by the City of Fremantle and run by the Artist' Foundation of WA as a contemporary art gallery and performance space. Fremantle is a vibrant community and the Gallery programme reflects the ethnic community, local and national issues and emerging artists. The Mandorla Art Prize and Print Awards are also held at the Moores Building.
