City of Unley Museum
The City of Unley is one of Adelaide's oldest areas and has a long and rich history. The City of Unley Museum provides a snapshot of Unley's past through vibrant displays and a collection of objects, photographs and documents. The museum is located in what was previously the Unley Fire Station. A permanent display "Unley Remembered" traces the chronological history of the area. The ACCESS Gallery provides space for local community groups and organisations to present their own displays. The museum has changing exhibitions, a community gallery and local history resource centre. It also provides historic bus tours and education programs.
