Square filled quilt made from floral upholstery fabric and damask which has been used in the centre of the quilt as a feature. Machine made with designs on the cloth balanced with the shape of the quilt. There is a ruffle of floral fabric sewn into the edge of the quilt. It is lined with cotton and filled with kapok. 1800 x 1350mm

Made by Florence Hollbrook Giles, 1930s. Given to the Running Stitch Group by Gwen Giles (daughter-in-law) of Chelsea Victoria. Donated to the National Wool Museum by the Running Stitch Group.
