quilt made in or brought to Australia prior to 1965, it may qualify for entry in the
National Quilt Register. If you would like your quilt to be considered for entry in the
NQR, download the form below.
Send your form to the address at the bottom of the document. Your quilt
will be submitted for consideration to the NQR committee who meet periodically to review
new entries to the National Quilt Register.
